Thank you for choosing ASTG as your card authenticator and grading service. Due to the nature of our business and the services that we provide refunds are not possible. We also reserve the right not to grade any card/s for any reason. If we believe that a card can not be encapsulated for any reason to safely preserve it we will refund you for that card. Typical reasons why a card would/could not be encapsulated are cards that show evidence of trimming, restorative actions, recoloration, questionable authenticity, altered card stock/thickness, signs of cleaning. In the event that ASTG refuses an item for any of these reasons your card will be returned not encapsulated with our findings and the full grading price will still be charged as your card went through our authentication and/or grading assessment to come to that conclusion.

Cards that do not meet the manufacturer’s the minimum size requirement or that were miscut by the manufacturer and will not fit into our slab will be returned not encapsulated with our determination. Those items submitted in good faith will receive a refund.

Should you have any issues with your submission once received contact our support team at the e-mail address below and include your name, order number, a description of what the issue/s are and please attach any pictures for documentation so that we may address any issues with our process team and shipping companies as necessary.
